INGREDIENTS:
1 cup fresh cilantro
1 cup fresh parsley
1 large shallot
2 jalapenos
4 cloves garlic, smashed
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a blender/food processor or use a hand mixer to blend until smooth.
