INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro

  • 1 cup fresh parsley

  • 1 large shallot

  • 2 jalapenos

  • 4 cloves garlic, smashed

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


DIRECTIONS:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender/food processor or use a hand mixer to blend until smooth.

  • ENYOY!
