Herb-Infused Olive Oil

Servings: 1 cup
Prep Time: 2 minutes + 2 weeks to infuse
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
2-3 tablespoons dried herbs (I used 3-4 sprigs of dried rosemary & mint/oregano)
1 pint mason jar with lid
DIRECTIONS:
Combine olive oil and herbs into the mason jar and cover with the lid.
Set out in a sunny area, out of direct light for 2 weeks.
Optional: Strain out herbs (I left my rosemary in there)
