Sous Vide Steak

Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook time: 1 hour sous vide, plus 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
2 NY strip steaks
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Set up your sous vide to 129 degrees F.
Salt and pepper steaks and seal in airtight sous vide bags individually with 1/2 tablespoon butter. Place in water bath for 1 hour.
In cast iron pan, heat oil over medium-high heat and sear steaks.
Let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Serve with Poblano Corn & Spicy Chimichuri.
