BBQ Chicken Pizza (DF, GF options)

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banza Chickpea crust

  • 2-3 tablespoons Pesto

  • 6-8oz grilled chicken

  • 1/2 avocado or 4oz (goat cheddar) or cheese of choice

  • 1/2 fresh jalapeño

  • Sliced red onion to taste

  • 1/4c BBQ sauce (I live Trader Joe's Siracha & Roasted Garlic BBQ)

  • Italian or Pizza seasoning

  • Fresh cilantro or fresh basil


DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450 or get your pizza oven hot.

  2. Spread crust with pesto. Top with chicken, avocado slices (for dairy free) or cheese, jalapeños, red onions. Drizzle with BBQ sauce and sprinkle with Italian/Pizza seasoning.

  3. Cook in oven for 8-10 minutes, until desired crispiness. Or in pizza oven according to directions.

  4. Once cooked, let it sit for 5 minutes before cutting it. Top with fresh cilantro or basil.

  5. ENJOY!
