60 minute consultation to review paperwork, determine score and physical exam. ($100 fee can be applied towards 12 pack of Perrin)

Appointments booked online, may be subject to change, we will contact you if there is an issue with your appointment and make sure we still find a time. If you cannot find an ideal time, please text us to find your perfect time! Books are open up to 2 weeks in advance, for bookings beyond that window, please text us. Please note, appointments canceled or moved inside of the 24 hour window are subject to a $50 non-refundable fee.
