

Integrated Movement Therapy Level 3
Continue core training with weight training
After completing IMT Level 1 & 2, we now have an understanding how HOW to organize our bodies, activate core, time movement properly and access different joints, adding strength training to keep our new range of motion. We have also spent the last 8 weeks conditioning new areas of our bodies and establishing new movement patterns, now we are ready to safely build on that foundation. This next 4 week class, Level 3, is where we add variables to our training. We will be getting comfortable strength training, learning how to train more complex movements from the inside out. Small group and private sessions available.
